Advanced Engineering & Application Disclaimers

  • Water & Wastewater Treatment Maintenance: All facility upkeep, component adjustments, and specialized servicing are performed to current environmental codes. Long-term compliance is dependent on baseline facility design, volumetric input controls, and continuous plant operational parameters.
  • Lift Station Engineering: We offer emergency repair and installation for high-capacity lift stations. Proper mechanical function is contingent upon routine maintenance and electrical grid stability; we highly recommend the integration of secondary generator systems to handle storm-related power interruptions.
  • Hydro Excavation Protocols: Our state-of-the-art hydro excavation equipment utilizes pressurized water and vacuum systems to clear soil with extreme precision. This non-destructive process is specifically engineered to keep existing, buried utility lines entirely intact; however, unmapped or illegally buried private lines must be disclosed by the property owner prior to groundbreaking.
  • CCTV Inspections & Mainline Jetting: Submersible closed-circuit television diagnostics provide an immediate point-in-time visual snapshot of internal pipe health. High-velocity mainline jetting effectively clears stubborn debris but does not structural fix baseline structural bellies or back-pitched grading.
  • 811 Law Compliance: In accordance with Indiana state statutes, no mechanical excavation or sub-surface groundbreaking will commence until Indiana 811 has verified and marked all public underground utility lines. Private lines (such as secondary lawn sprinkler systems or detached garage feeds) remain the responsibility of the property owner to locate.
